Our 2019 customer satisfaction results are in. We surveyed our entire customer base from Birmingham to Edinburgh and everything in between to understand what they thought of our service.
We are thrilled with the results as this is our first satisfaction survey in this format and the feedback and insight we have gained is invaluable to the performance of BMC.
