In the run up to Christmas we like to do as much as we can to help the charities we work for. Following our usual ‘Christmas card fund’donation (this year our clients voted for the NSPCC, not a BMC client but a very worthy cause) we stepped in to help the Salvation Army get ready for their Christmas Mission. Our Operations managers got stuck in and did some painting and decorating while a number of colleagues from other areas of the business spent time wrapping presents, sorting toys and filling shoe boxes with gifts.The work the Salvation Army do all year round is extremely valuable and we are delighted to be able to support them in the run up to Christmas. The kindness and generosity shown by the local communities and those who donated presents and turned up to help bring festive cheer to as many people as possible was outstanding. There are many charities doing amazing things in all communities and if you can spare anything whether it is time, money or unwanted gifts,everything does make a difference.
