The Building Maintenance Company now offers grounds maintenance

The Building Maintenance Company can now offer a variety of grounds maintenance services to businesses in North East England.  We have a qualified horticulturalist and landscape designer on the team so we thought it was time we made use of her expertise.  We already look after sites for property management companies, carrying out monthly maintenance to lawns, borders and car parks.  The nature of the work depends on the time of year and we adapt what we do each month to suit the requirements of the landscape that we are managing.  In the winter we also offer snow clearance and gritting .  We’ll watch the forecast for you and if frost is likely we’ll make sure get your car parks and pathways gritted.
